CONSERVE AND PRESERVE

CONSERVE AND PRESERVE is the motto of the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics.

It provides dental restorative care including diagnosis, prevention and treatment planning.

Individual restorations of all kinds including the advanced tooth colored also are taught with emphasis on coordinating restorative treatment with patient's overall dental health needs.

Endodontics provides dental student with clear understanding of the biological foundations of pulp and periapical diseases and teaches them the technique of root canal therapy and periapical surgery.

Esthetic procedures such as Laminates/Veneers and Bleaching (tooth whitening) are routinely carried out and taught with precision in the department. The department has all the latest equipment required by the students to enhance the core value of education being imparted to them. The DENTAL OPERATING MICROSCOPE is available in the department incorporating the philosophy of conservation and preservation with conviction.
