The patients are given brief introduction regarding all departments and methodology of treatment. We, in the department, take intraoral and extraoral radiographs as per the requirement of the patients. The students of third year and final year are taught to perform daily OPDs, note detailed case history, perform radiographic techniques and processing, interpret the radiographs and formulate treatment plan for the patients. We specialize in the diagnosis and management of oral premalignant diseases and other mucosal lesions. We are also responsible for patient counselling for stoppage of tissue abuse habits.
